Become a wwoofer on Hegnstrup

Situatet in the north of Sjælland, Hegnstrup is only about 30 km north/west of Copenhagen. The farm is part of a little group of small farms and houses and is the living place for about 30 adults and children. The farm became organic back in 1976, and is a great diversity of nature, animals and different crops. We have a big greenhouse and many kinds of vegetables. A high level of self-sufficiency is part of the place, but a lot is sold from a farm-shoop. Allan is taking the daily care of the farm and is willing to learn you a lot about organic farming and gardening. You are welcome to stay for a longer period if the chemistry is good.
